Journeyman Ironworker

All Things Metal is hiring experienced Journeyman Ironworkers to join our growing team in Arizona. This is not a temp job — we offer consistent 40+ hour weeks, local projects only, and no per diem.

Requirements

• Erect structural steel per OSHA & AISC standards
• Raise, align, and connect beams, columns, and assemblies
• Read and interpret erection/shop drawings
• Bolt-up, weld (3G & 4G SMAW), and fabricate in the field
• Install stairs, guardrails, and grab rails
• Mentor apprentices and lead small crews
• Use benchmarks and gridlines for layout
• Maintain safety and quality standards
