Senior Software Developer (AI Projects)

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help shape and scale a strategic, AI-driven internal product.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as.NET, Java, Python, or Go
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple technology stacks
• Strong foundation in system design, distributed systems, and scalable architecture
• Exposure to AI/ML-powered applications or demonstrated interest in AI-driven product development
• Strategic thinker with the ability to connect engineering decisions to business impact
• Strong leadership presence and ability to influence without formal authority
• High adaptability and learning agility in fast-evolving environments
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills
• Ownership mindset with a bias for action and long-term product thinking
