Job Description
Allegan County is seeking a dedicated and caring Assistant Prosecuting Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various duties, including prosecuting misdemeanor and felony cases, representing the state in court, and providing education and legal advice to law enforcement and other agencies. The county offers a sign-on bonus, excellent benefits plan, and generous retirement plan. The position requires a Juris Doctorate graduate from an accredited law school and a minimum of two years of post-law school experience.
