Job Description
Responsible for management of Maintenance Control functions and performance of the Maintenance Control team. Administer the Allegiant Air deferred maintenance program and provide leadership to the Maintenance Control staff.
Requirements
- Combination of Education and Experience will be considered.
- Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986.
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
- Must have Airframe and Powerplant license and FCC license.
- Minimum five (5) years of aircraft maintenance control experience on all fleet types with a minimum three (3) years supervisor experience.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience maintenance/technical operations industry experience.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Flexibility.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be computer literate.
- Experience with MS Excel, Word, and Adobe.
