Job Description
The Maintenance Controller is responsible for managing mechanical irregularities and coordinating scheduled workload for all maintenance bases. Must have 5+ years of aircraft maintenance/technical operations industry experience, previous line leadership experience, and Airframe & Power Plant (A&P) Certification.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Associates Degree in Aviation Maintenance Management or work experience equivalency
- Airframe & Power Plant (A&P) Certification
- Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance/technical operations industry experience
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance control experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, high stressed control center environment
