As a 2nd Shift Materials Team Leader, you will lead teams in executing receiving, staging, and delivery of materials within the facility to support production schedules and customer orders.

Requirements

• Material Movement: Lead teams in executing receiving, staging, and delivery of materials within the facility to support production schedules and customer orders.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and proper lifting technique.
• Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with related teams to address production challenges and optimize operations.
• Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Work overtime as needed to meet production goals and crosstrain in other areas.
