Assembler

Allegion is seeking an Assembler to join their team in Greenfield, Indiana. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling components, sub-assemblies, and final products across various manufacturing lines. The role requires proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to ensure products meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Requirements

• Assemble basic components using hand tools and equipment
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks with precision
• Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality and functionality standards
• Document issues encountered during assembly
• Track and document production metrics
• Identify and segregate defective parts
• Adhere to all safety protocols
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
