Assembler

Allegion is a company that helps keep people safe and secure where they live, work, and visit. They are seeking an Assembler to join their team in Greenfield, Indiana. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling components, sub-assemblies, and final products across various manufacturing lines.

Requirements

• Assemble basic components using hand tools and equipment
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks with precision
• Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality and functionality standards
• Document issues encountered during assembly using tools and standards
• Track and document production metrics
• Identify and segregate defective parts
• Adhere to all safety protocols and use PPE
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and store tools and equipment properly
