Job Description
At Allegion, we help keep the people you know and love safe and secure where they live, work and visit. As a Calibration Technician, you will apply basic calibration methods on assorted sizes and types of hand measurement tools, scales, attribute gages, mechanical, and electro-mechanical measuring equipment. You will also maintain control and traceability related to gaging with internal customers as well as external vendors.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years in similar role
- Demonstrated work experience with emphasis on quality and job knowledge
- Demonstrated experience working with precision measurement equipment
- Third party certification in calibration or GD&T based blueprint reading preferred
