Electronic Sustaining Engineer

As an Electronic Sustaining Engineer at Allegion, you will review field tickets, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with Engineering Development to propose design changes and support the System Test team to ensure every release is adequately validated and communicated.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Experience in technical support for electronic products, ticket management, and root-cause analysis of failures.
• Familiarity with testing, validation, and release methodologies for embedded systems.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming languages.
