Job Description
ERP Production Specialist at Allegion, responsible for connecting the production floor, Business Analyst, and ERP project team. Validates processes, builds and cleans master data, configures and tests the ERP system, and provides first-level post-go-live support.
Requirements
- Good working knowledge of production processes: shop floor operations, work orders, parts, pipes, capacity planning, MRP, quality control, and common production restrictions.
- Practical experience with one or more, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, and experience with upgrades and releases
- Good understanding of data structures and master data management in relation to production
- Practical problem-solving skills and ability to reproduce and diagnose system problems.
- Effective communicator who can work with operators, supervisors, key users, IT, and external consultants
- Training and documentation skills; Able to create clear, concise work aids and training plans
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and process-oriented thinking
- Diploma in industrial engineering, production technology, operations management, information systems, or similar
- 3–7 years of practical experience in production/operations in a production environment
