ERP Senior Specialist

We are seeking an ERP Senior Specialist to join our team at Allegion. The successful candidate will have experience implementing and supporting Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 6+ years' experience implementing/supporting Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules
• Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution industry
• Experience in Oracle EBS 11i and R12
• Deep functional expertise in at least four of the following: Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing/Procurement, WIP/BOM, Costing, WMS, ASCP/MRP
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, demand planning, inventory management and fulfillment
• Hands-on experience producing functional designs, test scripts, user guides, and training materials
• Ability to use Oracle SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis
• Experience with integrations, familiarity with Oracle Adapter frameworks and middleware is a plus
• Experience with Oracle EBS upgrade projects, patching and module enhancements is preferred
• Languages: English (advanced), Spanish (native)
