Human Resources Manager

Allegion is seeking a Human Resources Manager to partner with business leaders and front-line teams to build a high-performing workforce and a strong, values-driven culture at their Fontana manufacturing site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations or related field.
• 7–10 years of HR experience, with prior people-management experience.
• Strong employee relations experience in a manufacturing or operations environment preferred.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, performance management, coaching, compensation, learning & development and talent management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Comfortable balancing hands-on execution with strategic planning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
