Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer will provide manufacturing engineering support to Stanley Access Technologies manufacturing operations and perform design, development, and analysis of engineering/operations processes.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering / Technology or related technical field
• 5+ years’ experience in a related engineering position
• Experience in applying Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing tools and Lean Sigma Methodology
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and in independent situations
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, schedules, rules, procedures, etc.
• Ability to read, interpret, and perform from various documents
• Ability to properly identify components and gain extensive parts knowledge
