Requirements
- Achieve sales and margin targets from commercial projects
- Build and grow a portfolio of key specifiers, contractors, consultants, and end clients
- Ensure profitability, timely conversion of project opportunities
- Identify, qualify and track commercial project opportunities
- Build strong long-term relationships with decision makers and influencers
- Prepare and deliver techno-commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close orders
- Co-ordinate with design/technical, estimation, supply chain and project execution teams
- Maintain and update project pipeline, forecast sales, and report progress, risks and wins
- Communicate value propositions effectively to customers and global stakeholders
- Appoint, build and support channel partners sales, installation and support capabilities
- Monitor category specific trends and market forces, providing insights into budget shifts and strategic directions
- Handle pilot/mock-ups of products and educating key stakeholders on technical aspects
