Job Description
The Team Lead - Cut Room is responsible for leading a team of CNC machinists to meet production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements. The role involves setting up and operating advanced CNC functions, reading and interpreting blueprints, and diagnosing and resolving assembly issues. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of CNC machining experience, familiarity with machining techniques, and computer literacy. The team works on the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday 3:30pm - 12:00am, with overtime during the week and Saturdays when needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience
- Familiarity with machining techniques, tools, and equipment
- Computer literacy, including data entry, basic knowledge of ERP systems, and ability to use barcode scanners
