Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in presales and workforce management industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience selling to HR and/or Procurement departments is essential
- Detail-oriented, self-disciplined with strong time management and organisational skills
- Natural communicator with excellent telephone manners, good writing skills and strong influencing skills
- Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organisation and to develop strong relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on generating results and increasing engagement
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to learn and clearly articulate value proposition
- Technical knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce etc.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
