Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in presales and workforce management industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience selling to HR and/or Procurement departments is essential
• Detail-oriented, self-disciplined with strong time management and organisational skills
• Natural communicator with excellent telephone manners, good writing skills and strong influencing skills
• Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organisation and to develop strong relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on generating results and increasing engagement
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to learn and clearly articulate value proposition
• Technical knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce etc.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
