Engineering Manager, AI Solutions

At Allegis Global Solutions (AGS), we're building AGS's AI Engineering team from the ground up and need a people leader to help us scale. The Engineering Manager, AI Solutions will own team health, delivery capacity, and career development for our India-based engineering team.

Requirements

• 7+ years in technology roles, with 3+ years in engineering management
• Proven track record of building and leading engineering teams (10+ people)
• Experience with agile/scrum delivery methodologies
• Strong hiring skills—you've built teams, not just inherited them
• Excellent communication skills, especially with distributed/remote teams
• Comfort working across time zones (overlap with US Eastern required)
