Program Specialist I (Talent Pool)

Requirements

• University degree preferred or applicable experience
• Experience in high volume coordination activities
• At least 1 year of any customer service industry experience
• Client hiring manager/supplier facing
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment that changes from day to day
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong documentation and follow up skills
• Strong time management
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and PC skills
• Able to work independently with some direction
• Customer Focused
