Recruitment Specialist (Vietnamese Speaker)

Allegis Global Solutions is looking for a Recruitment Specialist with excellent recruitment process knowledge, stakeholder management experience, and proficiency in Vietnamese language. The role will involve supporting the day-to-day operations of a managed workforce recruitment program, managing third-party vendors, onboarding, and compliance.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in high-volume recruitment within the staffing/recruiting industry or corporate HR
• Proficiency in Vietnamese language (speaking and writing)
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance-related sectors
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders
• Well-organized and capable of keeping track of end-to-end requisitions
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments
