Job Description
Senior Principal Analog Design Engineer responsible for leading the design and development of analog integrated circuits for Allegro's next-generation motor driver and power management products. The role requires deep expertise in analog integrated circuit design, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead technical initiatives within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in analog IC design
- Deep expertise in the design of various analog building blocks
- Extensive experience with Cadence design tools (Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE-XL)
- Solid understanding of semiconductor device physics, process technologies, and their impact on circuit performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex analog circuits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and mentor others
- Ability to lead technical projects and drive design decisions
