Technician, Test PMEE

The Allegro team is seeking a dedicated and hands-on technician to join their production team, responsible for ensuring equipment runs efficiently and reliably, providing technical support, and collaborating with engineers and peers to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a maintenance or technical support role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair equipment issues.
• A disciplined approach to following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintaining detailed logs.
• The ability to analyze technical data and assist in root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineers, peers, and other departments.
• A proactive and responsible work ethic with a commitment to accountability and 5S principles.
• Experience with the upkeep and maintenance of tools and instruments.
• A collaborative, team-player mindset focused on achieving shared goals and reducing operational downtime.
