Job Description
Allen Control Systems is seeking a hands-on Facilities Specialist to take direct ownership of our physical infrastructure across our HQ, machine shop, and production environments.
Requirements
- Strong background in facility maintenance, trades, or construction
- Experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment is highly preferred
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair light HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues
- Highly skilled with power tools and hand tools for assembly and facility installations
- Clear verbal communication for professional interaction with the internal team and external vendors
- A self-motivated, "bias-for-action" mindset suited for a fast-paced startup environment
