Quality Inspector - 2nd Shift

Allen Control Systems is seeking a Quality Inspector to support inspection, testing, and quality analysis in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, technical aptitude, and a commitment to upholding excellence.

Requirements

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of machined parts and assemblies
• Verify conformance to engineering drawings, blueprints, and tolerances
• Document inspection results and initiate quarantine procedures for defective items
• Conduct first article inspections and support supplier quality audits
• Maintain inspection equipment through routine calibration and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues and track trends
• Generate reports on quality metrics using basic data analysis tools
