Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly driven Supply Chain Manager to build and scale our supply chain operations from the ground up. This role will be responsible for sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and logistics across a complex, regulated environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations (defense, aerospace, or hardware startup preferred)
• Strong understanding of defense regulations (ITAR/EAR/DFARS)
• Experience sourcing complex components (electronics, machined parts, etc.)
• Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage contracts
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
