Join Our Team at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum! We're hiring part-time Ticket Sellers for the Coliseum! If you thrive in a lively environment where no two shifts are the same, this role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of some of the biggest events in town.
Requirements
- Master the ticketing system to sell tickets for a wide range of exciting events.
- Provide event details and answers over the phone to help guests plan their perfect outing.
- Ensure your cash drawer is perfectly balanced by the end of each shift.
- Be a problem-solver for guests, handling any ticket-related issues with ease.
- Participate in Coliseum emergency procedures—you’ll know the building like the back of your hand.
- Support other team members and take on additional tasks as assigned.
