Imagery Analyst-Senior responsible for providing imagery analysis services, including researching the NES and its follow-on applications, producing standard and formalized imagery analysis products, and collaborating with other IC analysts. The role involves utilizing various platforms, locating, identifying, and monitoring strategic operational and tactical facilities, and creating various GEOINT media and collateral imagery products.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to the support services
- Imagery analysis experience in the Intelligence Community at the national level
- Imagery Training, either 'A' or 'C' school
- Proficiency with ArcGIS 9.x and its component extensions, along with the ability to create tailored scripts
- Strong data mining and management skills
- Proficiency with ArcGIS, ArcSDE, ArcView, ArcIMS, ArcTools, the Integrated Exploitation Capability (IEC) system, SocetSet, TerraExplorer/Builder, RemoteView, ERDAS IMAGINE, MRSID, VB/VBA (or some other object-oriented programming/scripting language), Oracle and other appropriate software to analyze geospatial data
- Expertise in photogrammetry, remote sensing, image processing, or regional expertise
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with the following applications: Web publishing, and Web hosting technologies, along with Geospatial Database generation/maintenance applications and python scripting
- Strong knowledge of soft copy exploitation functionalities
- Good oral and written communication skills
