Job Description
Manages physician office operations, promotes a positive patient experience, and performs routine financial management. Coordinates staffing, time off, and staff training. Oversees daily operations, business lines, and practice management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or similar discipline
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a medical office or related business office
- Experience facilitating revenue cycle processes
- Supervising medical office staff preferred
- Knowledge of practice management/EHR applications
- Microsoft Office and other web-based systems
