Job Description
AllHealth Network is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team at the Sage Ridge location in Watkins, CO. The successful candidate will provide care to clients in a substance use disorder/behavioral healthcare setting, assessing and documenting vital signs, administering medication, and creating medical treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree in nursing, a current Colorado RN nursing license, and 1 year of experience in the field.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing
- Current Colorado RN nursing license
- Current 1st Aid and CPR certifications
- 1 year of experience in substance use disorder/behavioral healthcare setting (preferred)
- Valid Colorado driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
