Development Analyst

Assist in evaluating potential new development sites, conduct market surveys, and underwrite the value of multifamily real estate development projects. Perform detailed analysis, collect project data, and report to management. Other duties as assigned or directed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field
• Prior experience in the multifamily development and construction industry highly preferred
• Understanding of the real estate and development industry
• Effective organizational, prioritization and time management skills
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
