Job Description
The Ground Ramp Manager is responsible for overseeing all ramp operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely handling of aircraft on the ground.
Requirements
- Manage and supervise ramp operations, including aircraft arrival, departure, and turnaround activities.
- Oversee the team of ramp agents, ensuring efficient performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate the use of ground support equipment, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and utilized.
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce delays.
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate with flight crews, ground operations, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and present reports on ramp operations, safety audits, and staffing requirements.
- Lead teams in high-pressure environments with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
