As a Retirement Plan Consultant, you will be responsible for preparing plan documents, planning year end compliance requirements, and providing customer service to assigned clients.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of IRS & ERISA Regulations
- Preparation of defined contribution plan documents
- Non-discrimination testing
- Preparation of IRS Filings
- Data collection and analysis
- Vendor management
- Client contact and communication
- Maintenance of client and due diligence files
- Research and support of new initiatives
- Compliance with agency management system data standards and data integrity
