Press Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor, you will lead and support a high-performance production team in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment, upholding a safety-first culture and emphasizing continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Champion a safety culture and enforce all safety policies
• Model servant leadership by prioritizing team development, coaching, and empowerment
• Supervise all activities of the stamping press department and ensure achievement of aggressive production targets
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and safety records
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects (5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing)
