The Supervisor – Service is responsible for coordinating and organizing field service operations to ensure timely customer response and efficient completion of service work.
Requirements
- Coordinates and supports day-to-day field service operations
- Serves as primary technical subject matter expert for diagnosing and resolving complex issues
- Provides hands-on coaching and mentoring to service technicians
- Assists with dispatch coordination and prioritization of service calls
- Reviews service work orders and technician documentation
- Identifies recurring equipment issues and provides recommendations for process improvement
