Technical Accounting Manager

Alliance Laundry Systems seeks a Technical Accounting Manager to lead research and implementation of complex accounting standards, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP. The role requires a highly skilled and motivated individual with strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, accounting research tools, and SEC reporting experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA certification is strongly preferred
• 6–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with a mix of public accounting and industry experience
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience with accounting research tools
• Exposure to SEC Reporting is preferred
• Demonstrated experience in technical memo writing is essential
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex accounting concepts to stakeholders at all levels
• Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
