Lead Counsel performs substantive legal work focused on complex commercial transactions, develops and advises on legal approaches, and implements legal pathways to facilitate resource development and construction.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school, college or university
- Admission to practice law in Iowa or Wisconsin, or the appropriate jurisdiction
- 10+ years of experience in a wide range of legal issues after receiving law degree
