Alliant Energy is seeking a Manager of Data Engineering to lead the strategy and execution behind how data enters, moves through, and delivers value across their systems. The ideal candidate will have strong people leadership skills, hands-on technical depth, and experience in managing and executing solutions to diverse and complex business problems.

Requirements

• 8 years of professional experience
• 3 years of supervisory experience or equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's Degree preferred
• Agile methodology experience preferred
