T-Combined Cycle Operator II

Alliant Energy seeks a T-Combined Cycle Operator II to perform operations, inspections, and maintenance of Combined Cycle Generation sites. The successful candidate will adhere to company guidelines and city, state, and federal regulations, and possess a strong sense of personal and technical responsibility, basic electrical, instrument and control, and mechanical skills, and a thorough understanding of Combined Cycle Generation facilities. The role involves working in a collaborative and inclusive work environment, coordinating work with others, and solving problems. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years electrical, mechanical or instrument and control trades or two years Power Generation maintenance and/or operation experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and inclusive work environment
• Ability to solve problems
