Requirements

• Prior experience in a Treasury Back Office role or similar
• Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (training will be provided)
• Basic understanding of interest rate swaps, securities, liquidity, and payments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High level of integrity, initiative, and a collaborative mindset
• Resilient, with a strong sense of ownership and a solutions-oriented attitude
