Requirements
- Planning- Ability to identify and plan for staffing requirements based on knowledge and forecasting for OSR and Returns.
- Continuous Improvement – Understanding urgency to reach daily goals during the operation.
- Building an inclusive culture – Individual and collective accountability, reward and recognition programs, communication designed to develop the frontline employees and build a desirable place to work.
- Collaboration- Partnering with Night and Day operations managers, delivery, and Maintenance functions to identify areas of opportunities for improvements to fill rate, throughput, and reduction of cost.
