Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist Call Center Representative to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, address patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide accurate information regarding medical services. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact, delivering compassionate and professional support to patients while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements
