Requirements

• Take and record patients' vital signs and medical histories accurately
• Manage electronic health records, ensuring all patient information is up-to-date and confidential
• Answer multi-line phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries with professionalism
• Utilize critical thinking skills to assist in patient care and address any issues that may arise during appointments
