Job Description
We're looking for a Sales & Service Advisor to deliver exceptional service to customers in our Gort office. The role involves building strong customer relationships, providing suitable banking options, and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
Requirements
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Ability to engage with customers and represent AIB with expertise
- Passion about delivering the best possible experience to our customers
- Ability to work co-operatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives
- Ability to fulfil customer requests, resolves problems, and responds to customers’ questions through multiple channels
- APA/ QFA is desirable but there is opportunity to achieve your qualification as part of this role if not already held
