Large/Wide Format Supervisor

Requirements

• Supervise daily large format digital print operations
• Assign jobs based on workload, deadlines, and operator skillsets
• Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery
• Perform first-piece inspections and oversee in-process and final quality checks
• Evaluate print quality and production efficiency
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and support troubleshooting of large format printers and finishing equipment
• Train, mentor, and develop operators
• Enforce safety, cleanliness, and proper handling of equipment, materials, and finished products
• Maintain familiarity with finishing processes
