Role Overview

As a Security Officer Security Clearance Concierge, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries, including Tech/Media/Telecom. You will greet visitors, manage access, and support a professional, welcoming environment. This is a stationary role where you will handle front desk responsibilities, monitor activity, and respond to security-related concerns with strong communication and customer service.

What You Will Do

Provide customer service, monitor lobby and reception areas, respond to incidents, answer phones, assist with directions and general inquiries, and support access control functions.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• State, county, or city issued security-related license (preferred)
• Customer service experience (preferred)
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
