Job Description

As an Assistant Manager/Assistant Vice President, Asia Pacific Claims Group, you will handle cases in the Involved Line(s) of Business to ensure delivery of excellent claims services and efficient claims operation.
Requirements
- Relevant academic qualifications with a minimum of 7 to 10 years' relevant claims experience.
- Professional insurance qualification such as ANZIIF or ACII, and meet minimum local mandatory qualification requirement.
- Experience of handling large, complex claims in the Involved Line(s) of Business.
- Knowledge of and experience in claims process improvements.
- Strong negotiating, analytical, written, organizational and communication skills.
- Good management and marketing skills.
