Senior Catastrophe Analyst

The Senior Catastrophe Analyst will be responsible for catastrophe analysis of direct property portfolios, ensuring consistent utilization of robust data quality controls. The ideal candidate must possess significant experience performing catastrophe analysis across all lines of insurance.

Requirements

• Maintain control record information for all bound business
• Model accounts to produce exposure profiles
• Perform rigorous quality assurance checks
• Track and report on exposures within high-hazard catastrophe areas
• Assist various Allied World departments globally with their specific catastrophe analysis needs
• Coordinate modeling data and requirements with external catastrophe analysts and brokers
• Build and maintain active and current exposure databases
• Interact effectively with underwriting to obtain complete and timely data
• Examine and enhance existing Allied World proprietary applications
