Job Description
The VP, Assistant General Counsel, Legal & Compliance Group will handle general business contract review and drafting, assist with corporate matters and transactions, and oversee the legal review of marketing materials globally.
Requirements
- 4+ years of corporate law experience with a large New York law firm, corporate legal department or other professional services firm.
- Member of the New York State Bar.
- Ability to independently negotiate and draft general business contracts.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry a plus.
- Experience with litigation or employment disputes a plus.
