Property Accountant

Manage the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of commercial properties, preparing financial reports and supporting financial decision-making.

Requirements

• University degree or college diploma in accounting or a related field
• At least two years of work experience in Property Accounting
• A willingness to learn and a positive attitude
• An interest in the pursuit of a CPA designation
• Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Word
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Bilingual (French and English) would be an asset
