Job Description
Deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for patients at Allina Health Forest Lake Clinic. Greet and welcome patients, collect demographic and financial data, and provide a standard registration process. Perform end of day reconciliation, manage patient care lobby, and assist with other department support.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- 1 year of basic computer skills
- Associate's or Vocational degree (preferred)
- 0 to 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
- 0 to 2 years of customer service, clerical, or other business office environment experience
- 0 to 2 years of medical terminology knowledge
